1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Orders placed before the closing business working hours will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times.
4. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We partner with reliable courier services including Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order from a local depot.
